These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bak44 platform and all services provided under it. "Platform" means bak44's website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" or "you" means any person who has registered on or is using the platform.

By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

bak44 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you have automatically accepted the new Terms.

Age Requirement

bak44 services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your correct age at the time of account registration. If a minor is found to be using the platform, their account will be closed immediately and any deposits may be returned.

Single Account Rule

Each user may create one account only. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, email — must be accurate and up to date. bak44 reserves the right to close an account if false or incorrect information is provided.

Password Protection

Keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password or login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is confirmed, the accounts involved will be permanently closed.

SSL protection

bak44 uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal data and transactions secure. However, ensuring the security of your own device is your responsibility.

Payment methods

bak44 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank can be used. No other methods are accepted.

Withdrawal Verification

Before processing large withdrawals, bak44 may request additional documents for identity verification. Withdrawals are generally processed via the same method used for the deposit.

Fraudulent Transactions

If any fraudulent, chargeback, or money laundering activity is suspected, bak44 reserves the right to suspend the account, hold the relevant funds, and notify the relevant authorities.

Welcome Bonus

bak44's welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000 you will receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

Wagering requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse is confirmed — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent method — the bonus will be forfeited and the account will be closed.

Bonus Expiry

Each promotional offer has a specific validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus balance will be automatically cancelled.

bak44's loyalty program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Tiers change based on gaming activity. Stay regularly active to move to a higher tier. The detailed cashback terms for each tier are set by bak44 and are subject to change. The same wagering conditions may also apply to cashback bonuses.

Fair Play Policy

bak44 believes in fair play. All games are operated by third-party technology using a Random Number Generator (RNG). No game outcome is predetermined.

Technical Errors

If a technical error or system malfunction causes an incorrect result or payout to be displayed, bak44 reserves the right to make a correction. Payouts resulting from errors may be voided.

Betting Restrictions

For cricket or other sports betting, markets and bet limits are set at the platform's discretion. If unusual or suspicious use of a market is confirmed, the relevant bets will be voided.

Third-Party Content

User Losses

Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance is withdrawable before the account is closed — however, bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.

bak44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Bonus abuse
• Use of false identity or documents
• Suspected money laundering

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our customer service team first. We aim to resolve most issues quickly and amicably.

If a resolution cannot be reached through customer service, both parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation. Legal action will be considered as a last resort.

bak44's decision shall be considered final in matters of interpreting and applying these Terms.

bak44 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the platform where possible.
